I came to Amanda through a recommendation but with very little knowledge of Bowen.  As a Fibromyalgia sufferer for many years I've tried various treatments, therapies and medication in an attempt to combat the ever shifting and multiple symptoms that come with this condition and I have to say that although I went to Bowen with an open mind, I had no real expectations.  After the first few sessions however I experienced a real improvement in the quality of my sleep and my overall pain levels started to decrease. In addition to that I began to notice a positive change in the symptoms of hypoglycaemia which had come on about a year earlier. 
These had been particularly debilitating and meant I couldn’t tolerate any starchy carbohydrates at all but my blood sugar levels began regulating themselves and I started to regain some of the mental clarity which I’d
despaired of ever coming back!  Several months on, I’m overwhelmed at the changes that have occurred in
me and the vitality that seems to be growing every day. I am sleeping for the first time in 2 years without the aid of sleeping pills and can honestly say I’m feeling human again.  I can’t thank Amanda enough for her dedication and commitment and I really hope that more people come to learn about the incredibly powerful changes that Bowen can achieve.

I have had long term lower back ache and pain in right leg and ankle. The Bowen has been fantastic after the first week I had very little pain in right leg and after the second week, no back pain. Amanda has been excellent at targeting where the problem is and it has made a big impact on my sleep and general wellbeing.
